Dear Friend,
The trained electricians face a future of high above average earnings and a career that is respected and in demand.  No doubt you’ve seen the recent building boom taking place all over the world. That simply means that a properly trained electrician can get a good job all over the world.

Have you ever thought about traveling the world? Becoming a licensed electrician is the first step. You’ll be able to travel and see the world at the same time.

The reason why electricians are needed all over the world is that their job is so crucial to any building, facility, factory, plant or home running. Those places find it difficult to operate without electricity for their appliances. Hospitals need lights.  A school needs lights. Everything begins and ends with electricity.

There is an innate danger lurking around the corner of every job. The job sites are filled with hazards. People can and do die from electricity shocks all the time.

Your electrician is the go to person to get your lights on after a major storm blows through a town. They are summoned to go into hazardous situations. So, quite frankly they deserve above average wages. They will come in and install, connect, test and help repair electrical systems.

These systems have the power to kill you should anything be mishandled. That is why a becoming a licensed electrician takes so much time. Not only is it dangerous but you need time to learn a complex profession like electrics.

Many people start out in an electrician apprenticeship program. This program is designed to give the budding electrician exposure to the job by doing and learning about many minimally dangerous jobs. It is akin to a physician who after medical school goes into a residency program for three to four years. They are already doctors and wear the DR. title but they are still in training. The residency enables them to be supervised by a other more experienced doctors.

This is some of the things you must go through to become a licensed electrician. More to follow next time.
